Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours with clear photos. We’ll review and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
